Halifax MediaGroup Closes Sale of the Santa Rosa Press Democrat and its affiliated publications to Sonoma Media Investments, LLC
DAYTONA BEACH, FL, November 8, 2012 - Halifax Media Group today closed the deal to sell the Santa Rosa Press Democrat and its affiliated publications to Sonoma Media Investments, LLC. Halifax Media purchased the Press Democrat, The Petaluma Argus-Courier and North Bay Business Journal in January, 2012 from the New York Times Company as part of an acquisition that included 16 publications.
